Patrick A. Giraud
A 2004 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Patrick brings experience in personal injury, criminal defense, and the New Orleans court system to every client he represents.
Education and early legal experience
Patrick graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2004. His earlier work included matters in New Orleans Traffic Court, criminal-defense representation, and personal injury claims.
A family tradition of public service
Patrick also had the opportunity to work with his father, the late Judge Giraud of New Orleans Traffic Court. That experience reinforced the importance of preparation, fairness, and treating every person who enters the legal system with respect.
Focused injury representation
At Tonry & Giraud, Patrick focuses on helping people injured in car crashes, commercial-vehicle accidents, and other serious incidents. He guides clients from the first conversation through investigation, medical documentation, negotiation, and litigation when necessary.
