After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor's in Business Administration, he earned his Juris Doctor from the Southern University Law Center. Cullen gained extensive experience in various legal areas, including personal injury, criminal defense, and civil litigation while working at the Law Office of Tonry & Ginart. In 2012, he founded Tonry Law Firm, handling a wide range of cases. In 2021, he joined forces with Patrick Giraud to establish a new firm focused on providing top-notch representation to their clients.
